Simon Gorman

Director/Construction Manager

Simon is a construction professional with a career background of senior management roles in the Australian construction industry, working with high profile companies on projects ranging in value from $300,000 to $30,000,000. He has also followed an interesting career path that has seen him work in developing countries such as Somalia, Rwanda, Kenya and Indonesia in senior roles on development, aid and disaster programs.


As a Director and Construction Manager at CCB, Simon has a particular interest in the field of environmental infrastructure which has seen Simon and CCB engaged on several high profile water, wastewater and recycling facilities.


Since establishing CCB Envico over a decade ago with the current Directors Simon has led the CCB team to successfully complete over 50 large infrastructure projects predominantly in the Australian market. Simon also consults to Government clients on emergency and development projects and for example acted as project Director on a large Australian Government funded program in response to the Yogyakarta Earthquake.


Simon holds a Bachelor of Planning and Design, and a Bachelor of Building and a Masters Degree in Business Administration all from the University of Melbourne.
